• DESCRIPTION

Ceramic fiber cloth gaskets belong to special industrial gaskets, mainly wovened by alumino silicate fibers. Through add reinforcing fibers (such as glass fibers, stainless steel wires) to enhance their tear resistance and mechanical properties. It features an interwoven fiber structure, offering excellent flexibility, high-temperature resistance and heat insulation performance. It is often used in high-temperature working conditions that require sealing, heat insulation or electrical insulation.

• APPLICATION

ØHigh-Temperature Sealing: Flanges sealing. Manholes or handholes and other connections in various industrial furnaces, heating equipment, boilers, exhaust pipes.

ØHeat Insulation: Used as heat and electrical insulation material for industrial electric furnaces and electrical components (such as electric heaters and battery packs).

ØIsolation and Anti-Sintering: Used as isolation gaskets in ceramic and powder metallurgy sintering processes.

ØEquipment Lining: Used as a sealing lining for casting nozzles and troughs, utilizing its non-wetting property of molten metal.
