• DESCRIPTION

Ceramic fiber paper gasket is made from the high purity raw materials, being high temperature electromelted, air-brown at high speed and fiberized. After wet formed process, forming ceramic fiber paper gasket with a certain thickness and strength. The thickness is from 0.5mm-10mm, diameter and shape all can be produced based on customer's drawing.

• APPLICATION

Ø Flange sealing of various industrial furnaces, heating equipment, high-temperature pipelines, as well as insulation sealing of internal combustion engines and exhaust pipes.

Ø Insulating and heat-preserving material for household appliances such as hair dryers, ovens and induction cookers, also electrical insulating gasket for industrial electric furnaces.

Ø Used as a glass demolding pad, inner lining of cast aluminum models, and anti-sticking isolation gasket for sintered products in glass, metallurgy and ceramic industries.

Ø Insulating filling for fireproof doors and rolling shutters, or for filling and sealing expansion joints.
