• DESCRIPTION

High Performance Silicone Fabric is a high-temperature resistant composite material made by coating premium fiberglass cloth with specially formulated silicone rubber on one or both sides. 

The surface coating degrades at 300°C, while the base fabric has a softening point approaching 1700°C, allowing for long-term use in environments reaching 1000°C. It combines properties such as fire resistance, water resistance, electrical insulation, and airtightness.

Ø Low thermal conductivity, providing excellent thermal insulation.

Ø Good chemical stability and strong corrosion resistance; inert to the vast majority of chemical substances.

Ø Contains absolutely no asbestos or ceramic fibers, making it completely harmless to human health; possesses excellent electrical insulation properties.

Ø Good airtightness and water resistance.

Ø Soft surface texture that is non-irritating to the skin, offering excellent processability.
