• DESCRIPTION
Rock wool blanket are mainly made of natural stone. The selected stone are melted in a cupola at approximately 1450°C, and the molten lava is fiberized by a spinner. The fibers are then coated with a thermo setting binder which bonds the fibers into a mat.The mat is then cut into suitable sizes for ease of handling and installation. Other products such as wired blanket, pipe cover or faced products are produced by secondary processes.
• PROPERTIES
Ø High thermal insulation.
Ø Good hydrophobicity&moisture resistance.
Ø Good Sound absorption .
Ø Non-corrosives, Lasting dimension stability.
Ø Safety and ECO friendly.
Ø Easy construction.
• APPLICATION
Ø Wall insulation: The rock wool board or rock wool felt is embedded between interior and exterior walls or on exterior surfaces to reduce heat transfer and improve the insulation effect.
Ø Roof insulation: Laying rock wool felt or board under the roof structure to block heat and ensure a comfortable indoor temperature for building.
Ø Floor insulation: Install rock wool at the bottom of the floor to reduce the heat and cold conduction of the floor and improve its thermal insulation performance.
Ø Insulation of pipelines and equipment: Covered the rock wool on the surface of pipelines and equipment to reduce energy loss and ensure their normal operating temperature during using.
