• DESCRIPTION
Aluminum foil ceramic fiber paper (more accurately known as aluminum foil laminated ceramic fiber paper) is a high-performance thermal insulation material formed by combining aluminum foil with ceramic fiber paper. It integrates the advantages of both components, not only retaining the high-temperature resistance and thermal insulation properties of ceramic fiber paper but also enhancing strength, airtightness, and heat reflection capabilities through the aluminum foil layer.
• PROPERITIES
Ø Double insulation: Ceramic fiber paper substrates have a low thermal conductivity and can prevent heat conduction. The aluminum foil on the surface can reflect most of the thermal radiation, achieving an insulation effect where 1+1>2.
Ø Sturdy and high tearing resist: The aluminum foil layer plays a reinforcing role, significantly enhancing the tensile strength and bending resistance of the material, making it less prone to damage during processing and installation.
Ø Clean, stain-proof and waterproof: The aluminum foil layer can effectively prevent ceramic fibers from chipping and dusting, and resist to oil, water splash and moisture, making the material surface cleaner and more beautiful.
Ø Strong sealing performance: A continuous and dense aluminum foil layer significantly enhance the material's air tightness and better block gases and moisture.
Ø Good corrosion resistance: It has good chemical stability and can resist the erosion of most chemical substances.
Ø Soft, Light weight, easy installation and ECO friendly: It retains the softness and light weight of ceramic fiber paper, making it convenient for secondary processing such as stamping, cutting and winding.

Ø Automotive industry: The insulation of the engine compartment and the wrapping of the exhaust manifold can effectively reduce the heat transfer to the vehicle body and protect the surrounding components.
Ø Industrial high temperature equipment: Insulation and heat preservation materials for high-temperature pipelines, valves, and furnace bodies, as well as sealing gaskets used for high-temperature flanges, door covers, and other parts.
Ø Household appliance: Internal insulation and heat insulation layers of various heaters and electric heating equipment.
