Ceramic fiber module has excellent chemical stability, mainly used to improve the thermal insulation function of fiber lining. At present, there are many methods for preparing ceramic fiber modules, here is the specific way as follow:

• Folded the 20 or 25 mm thickness ceramic fiber needle blanket into ceramic fiber components. Only the high temperature heating surface to be folded. 

• When making ceramic fiber components, the hem should be pre-pressed incompletely. The volume density of the ceramic fiber component after shrinkage should be 190-230 kg/m3 (without metal anchorage).

• MA, MB ceramic fiber module supporting the device embedment anchor and accessories.

• Before installation, the module should be temporarily fixed to a regular scale to keep the ceramic fiber module and its scale and shape tight.
